Outline of the proposed programs of work: The license allows for the incidental production of minerals from an existing licensed quarry.

Any person may object or comment to a licence being granted (Sections 24 and 24A, Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990).

A person who objects or comments must:

a.put the objection or comment in writing; and
b.include the grounds on which it is made.

All objections or comments must be lodged within 21 days after the latest date on which the   application was advertised and can be lodged online or posted to:

1. Subject to other requirements being satisfied, a prospecting licence, if granted, entitles the holder of the licence to prospect or explore for minerals, carry out mining on the relevant land, and do anything else that is incidental to that mining.
